New PPS Modification Technologies Showcased by Polyplastics at K2025
Baoli Plastics is relatively cautious in Europe and has not showcased CTI Level 0 PPS. The promotional materials and exhibition booth presented the following PPS material products and application scenarios:
First, laser welding linear PPS-GF20, DURAFIDE PPS 1120LW1
Secondary drinking water certification DURAFIDE PPS 1140A1, 1130T6, with drinking water certifications NSF61, WRAS, ACS, KTW-BWGL.
Third, ultra-high heat-resistant DURAFIDE PPS 6150T73, 6150T6, characteristics PPS-I-(GF+MD)50, can be used for battery modules and busbars, newly developed specifications RSF20141, RF20142, etc.
Fourth, high thermal conductivity DURAFIDE PPS 6565A7 is used for motors, with a thermal conductivity of 0.67 W/m·K.
Fifth, the ultra-low warpage and ultra-low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) DURAFIDE 6165A6 can be silver-plated (Ag).
Baoli Plastics also introduced these materials in a seminar in September 2025.
