New Hyundai Concept Car Teaser May Be Released in September
Recently, Car Quality Network has obtained a set of teaser images of a brand-new Hyundai concept car from overseas media. The new car will be positioned as an entry-level compact vehicle and will adopt the design style of Hyundai’s Ioniq series of new energy vehicles. It is reported that the car may be officially unveiled at the Munich Auto Show, which opens on September 9.
From the recently revealed teaser image, the concept car continues the family-style design of the Hyundai Ioniq series of new energy vehicles. The front design is quite similar to the previously facelifted Hyundai Ioniq 6 and is expected to feature a full-width front light cluster. The rear part has a short and compact overall outline, with a hatchback shape that is paired with a large-sized "ducktail" spoiler, creating an avant-garde and dynamic visual effect.
In terms of the powertrain, no official information has been released yet. According to the information currently available, the vehicle may be built on the E-GMP platform and equipped with a single electric motor delivering a total output of 204 PS, paired with a 58.3 kWh battery pack. CheZhiWang will continue to follow and report on more information about the new vehicle.
