Meizu 22 phone may be released in July, positioned as a compact AI flagship.
Recently, digital blogger Digital Chat Station revealed that "officials have disclosed that the Meizu 22 series new phone is scheduled for July," which is indeed a bit later than the release dates of competing products.

Although Meizu has officially announced the Note 16 and Meizu 22 models, they have yet to disclose specific configuration details. For reference, the Meizu 21 was released in November 2023, over a year ago. In terms of design, the phone continues Meizu's Boundless Aesthetics, still adhering to a minimalist concept.
In terms of specific configurations, it is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and features a 6.55-inch 1080P resolution Samsung E6 OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate on the front. The rear camera setup includes a 200-megapixel Samsung S5KHP3 main sensor with OIS optical image stabilization, complemented by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel depth-sensing portrait lens, forming a triple-camera system. The front houses a 32-megapixel single camera. It is powered by a 4800mAh battery and supports 80W wired fast charging.
In addition, the device is equipped with a sixth-generation master-level ultra-linear speaker, ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking 2.0, and an mEngine Ultra large-volume linear motor, among other configurations and features. Considering the surge in compact flagship models this year, the size of the Meizu 22 is very likely to be smaller than that of the Meizu 21.
More configuration details of the Meizu 22 phone are still awaiting to be revealed.
