Lijin Plastic Machinery Electric High-Speed Injection Molding Solution Focuses on Green Intelligent Innovation
Recently, K 2025, the world's largest, highest-level, most professional, and most representative plastics exhibition, is set to take place in North Rhine-Westphalia, the most economically developed region in Europe, Germany. The capital of Lanzhou, Düsseldorf, is held.

At booth 13B78, Lijin Plastic Machinery showcased a fully automated intelligent thin-wall packaging production solution centered around the ELS400 electric high-speed thin-wall packaging machine. This solution covers multiple automated production processes, including in-mold labeling, precision stacking, automatic sorting, and automatic transportation. Compared to traditional production methods, it greatly reduces labor costs, enhances production efficiency and capacity, and significantly lowers energy consumption, meeting the green environmental production requirements of European companies.

With the implementation of new packaging regulations in Europe, the European thin-walled packaging market is developing towards sustainability and diversification. The transition to reduced plastic and the rise of smart packaging are emerging, providing new growth opportunities for functional plastics with special functionalities and bio-based materials.
Lijin Plastic Machinery has developed the advanced ELS400 electric high-speed thin-wall packaging machine, which combines high-torque servo electric and servo hydraulic technologies. The mold opening and closing speed reaches over 1500mm/s, and the injection speed can reach up to 500mm/s. It is equipped with a newly reinforced template, a specially customized high-plasticization screw, a double-shot linear guide sliding mechanism, and a high-drive ball screw, meeting the production requirements for multi-cavity thin-wall packaging. This machine creates higher production efficiency and offers customers a considerable return on investment.

To address the concerns of overseas customers, Lijin Plastic Machinery continues to enhance its level of multinational services, overcoming geographical limitations to provide European customers with one-stop services and localized service solutions, including factory planning, machine design, installation and commissioning, personnel training, and trial production guidance.
