Latest Official Images of AITO M8 All-Electric Version Released, to Launch in August
Recently, HarmonyOS Intelligent Driving officially released the latest official images of the AITO M8 pure electric version. The new car features a night purple color scheme paired with obsidian kits, giving it a more premium and refined visual effect. It is reported that the new model will soon open for small reservations and is planned to be officially launched in August.

According to the latest official images, the new car continues the family-style Kunpeng design language and adopts a brand-new purple paint. At the same time, black accents have been added to the lower front grille, roof rack, window trim, and body surrounds, giving the vehicle a stronger sporty feel overall. The side wheels are treated with a smoked black finish and paired with red brake calipers, further enhancing the vehicle's sporty appeal.

The rear of the car remains unchanged, with the upper and lower parts connected by two chrome trim strips running through the body, creating a distinct sense of layering. The taillights still adopt a through-type design with ISD intelligent interactive features, which will offer good recognition when illuminated. In addition, an "AITO M8 EV" badge has been added below the right taillight to indicate its identity.
In terms of intelligent driving hardware, the new car will be equipped with Huawei's Intelligent Assisted Driving System (HUAWEI ADS 4), featuring Huawei's 192-line LiDAR, one rear-facing high-precision solid-state LiDAR, and five 4D millimeter-wave radars, supporting functions such as active safety, intelligent driving assistance, and intelligent parking assistance.
In terms of powertrain, according to the declared information, the new car will offer both single-motor and dual-motor versions. The former has a maximum power output of 227 kW, while the latter delivers a combined power of 387 kW. In addition, the new vehicle will be equipped with Huawei’s high-voltage seven-in-one electric drive system, and the entire lineup will feature CATL’s 100 kWh battery, offering a maximum CLTC range of 705 kilometers.
