Jinming Machinery recently released its 2025 semi-annual report. The announcement shows that during the reporting period, the company achieved a total operating revenue of 226 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.59%; the net profit attributable to shareholders was 7.2549 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.11%; and the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was a loss of 3.9252 million yuan, compared to a loss of 2.1894 million yuan in the same period last year.

In the first quarter, the company's total operating revenue was 93.11 million yuan, a decrease of 15.7956 million yuan compared to the same reporting period last year, representing a year-on-year decline of 14.50%. The net profit attributable to shareholders was 2.2695 million yuan, a decrease of 2.2392 million yuan compared to the same reporting period last year, representing a year-on-year decline of 49.66%. In the second quarter, the company's operating revenue was 132 million yuan, an increase of 8.0% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to shareholders was 4.99 million yuan, an increase of 154.1% year-on-year.

According to the announcement, Jinming Machinery's performance in the first half of the year showed a slight decrease in revenue and a modest increase in profit, with uneven development across various business segments. For instance, the film blowing machine business achieved a growth of 3.95%, and the film and bag products business grew by 17.61%. In contrast, other equipment businesses saw a significant decline of 36.38%.
