K Exhibition Focuses on Green Future, Jinwei Machinery Showcases New Heights of Chinese Manufacturing with "Global Ecological Chain"
On October 8, 2025, the K Show in Germany officially opened in Düsseldorf. As a premier event in the global plastics and rubber technology sector, this year's K Show focuses on the core themes of "Green, Smart, Responsibility," highlighting new pathways for sustainable development in the industry. Leading companies from around the world gather to jointly explore new possibilities for the plastics industry in terms of technological innovation and ecological responsibility.

At this exhibition, Jwell Machinery, a representative enterprise in China's extrusion technology field, showcases its comprehensive strength in intelligent manufacturing, green recycling, and global services under the theme of "Global Ecological Chain." The company features three core exhibition booths (16D41, 9E21, 8bF11-1) and its subsidiary, Kautex, at booth 14A18, presenting a full-spectrum display.
Jinwei Machinery showcased multiple customized extrusion technology solutions at the exhibition, targeting different application scenarios. These solutions cover several key areas, including clean energy, green construction, and food packaging, reflecting the company's ongoing investment in technological iteration and industry adaptation.
In the field of clean energy such as photovoltaics, Jinwei's equipment supports the efficient and stable production of profiles and pipes, aiding the upgrade of energy infrastructure. In green building and municipal engineering, its extrusion systems comply with strict environmental standards, promoting the widespread application of energy-saving materials. In the area of food packaging, the equipment's performance in preservation and protection also reflects Jinwei's mature experience in high-precision and high-hygiene standard manufacturing.

It is worth noting that Jinwei has incorporated resource recycling and energy-saving design concepts into its solution design. By synergistically integrating production and recycling processes, the company is committed to helping clients build a more low-carbon and sustainable industrial closed loop, aligning with K fair's deeper expectations for "green manufacturing."
While promoting technological innovation, Jinwei Machinery actively builds a global manufacturing and service network. Currently, Jinwei has established 14 production bases and several service centers worldwide, including Zhoushan in Zhejiang and Bonn in Germany, forming a comprehensive service system that provides rapid response and localized support.
Brazil OfficeEquipped with a localized spare parts warehouse and resident engineers, providing 24-hour technical support.
Thailand Production BaseExpanding into the Southeast Asian market, providing customers with customized equipment and process support.
German factory Strictly adhere to European technical standards to produce high-quality equipment that meets the demands of the local market.
Through multi-point layout and resource integration, Jinwei has gradually realized an operational model of "global intelligence manufacturing and local response," providing customers in different regions with technical solutions that combine standardization and flexibility.

To further enhance customers' and partners' understanding of the company's global layout, during the K Show, JWELL Machinery is hosting a "Germany Kortes Factory Open Day" event (on October 10th). This event will showcase JWELL's intelligent manufacturing capabilities and R&D in Europe, providing industry professionals with a platform for face-to-face exchanges and discussions on cooperation opportunities.

At the K show, "Green - Intelligent - Responsible" is not just a slogan, but has become the underlying logic for the strategic layout and product development of many companies. What Jinwei Machinery showcased was not only a series of technical equipment but also an ecosystem integrating research and development, manufacturing, service, and circular design.
As the global plastic industry accelerates its transition towards low-carbon and circular practices, companies that possess comprehensive solution capabilities and can achieve localized operations will occupy a more advantageous position in future competition.
