IT Home reported on March 26th that according to the China FAW Group, the joint development of the Hongqi brand G117 vehicle and the platform licensing fee for technology procurement have been completed, with Leap Motor as the buyer.

Informed sources revealed that "the transaction amount is not small, and the project may adopt Leap's latest LEAP 3.5 self-developed technology architecture."

IT之家 found that China FAW and Zero Motorcars signed the "Strategic Cooperation Memorandum" on March 3. The strategic cooperation is divided into two dimensions: firstly, leveraging their respective technical accumulation in research and development, both parties will jointly develop new energy passenger vehicles and cooperate on components, enhancing product competitiveness through combined technology; secondly, both parties will further explore the feasibility of deepening capital cooperation, aiming to achieve resource synergy across the entire industrial chain through capital cooperation.

China FAW stated that both parties will collaborate efficiently to achieve fruitful results from their strategic cooperation. Zhu Jiangming, chairman of Zero Run Auto, said that the cooperation with FAW Group will initially be implemented in the procurement of components.
