Intelligent Suspension Goes Abroad Again as Baolong Technology's Closed Air Supply Unit Secures First Overseas Order

Recently, Baolong Technology has once again secured the supply of intelligent suspension system components for a high-end model from a well-known foreign new energy electric vehicle company. Building upon the previous award for the dual-chamber air spring electronic controlled shock absorber assembly, Baolong Technology has now also been selected to supply closed-type air supply units (ASU), height sensors, acceleration sensors, air reservoirs, pipelines, and other products, providing a complete intelligent suspension system solution for this model. The total project lifecycle value of the entire intelligent suspension system exceeds 230 million RMB, with a lifecycle of 6 years and planned mass production in 2026. After obtaining the first overseas open-type air supply unit project in Europe in 2024, Baolong Technology has again achieved a breakthrough by securing the first overseas closed-type air supply unit project. The diversified product solutions can meet different technical requirements of customers.

The fixed-point closed air supply unit in this project was jointly developed by Baolong Technology and its partner Bibost. It features a compact size, lightweight, low power consumption, and energy efficiency. It adopts a high and low pressure drying tank design for superior drying performance, excellent NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) characteristics, and supports customized development.

To meet the business development needs of the closed air supply unit, Baolong Technology and its partner Bibost will collaborate at the Baolong Technology Hefei Park.
