Great Wall Motor Apologizes for Sudden Server Abnormality: All Apps Have Resumed Normal Operation
On March 21, in response to the server anomaly that occurred this morning, GWM (Great Wall Motor) issued an apology letter, stating that all apps have returned to normal use. Users can now restart the app or re-login after changing the network environment.

This morning, multiple car owners reported that the Great Wall Motor App, Haval智家App, and Tank App showed crashes, and Bluetooth key owners were unable to open their doors.

This noon, Great Wall Motor issued an announcement stating that due to server abnormalities, some users may not be able to log in or use normally the apps of five brands and the Great Wall Motor app.
Great Wall Motor stated that the technical team is working hard to fix the server anomaly issue, and functions are gradually being restored. It is recommended that car owners carry a mechanical key during travel to avoid affecting the use of the vehicle due to the inability to normally use the App.
