On March 26, the People's Government of ZhouTie Town in Yixing City signed a cooperation agreement with GuoEn Co., Ltd. regarding the "New Energy Vehicle Composite Material Components Manufacturing Project." The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of GuoEn Co., Ltd. in Qingdao, attended by Hu Xiaojian, Secretary of the Yixing Municipal Committee, Chen Zhongqiang, Secretary of the ZhouTie Town Party Committee, and Wang Aiguo, Chairman of GuoEn Co., Ltd.
The signed project focuses on the research and production of composite materials related to new energy vehicles, aiming to build a high-quality, green composite materials industrial base in Yixing City that radiates to the Yangtze River Delta region through the Guo'en vertical integration industrial platform. In recent years, the company has focused on the rapid development trend of the new energy vehicle industry, making the multidimensional performance expansion of organic polymer composite materials a core direction for technological process upgrades. Relying on advanced carbon fiber weaving technology from German laboratories, it has successfully developed the HP-RTM process chocolate ultra-thin battery pack series products, which have become core suppliers to leading companies in the power battery field and vehicle manufacturing industry, such as CATL and BYD, due to their comprehensive performance advantages of low density, high strength, lightweight, and high-quality appearance.
At the upcoming symposium, Chairman Wang Aiguo first congratulated both parties on successfully reaching a cooperation agreement. He mentioned that Yixing is located in an important position in the Yangtze River Delta, boasting a convenient transportation network and a mature equipment manufacturing industry chain. Its superior location advantages, business environment, and industrial foundation align highly with Guoen Co., Ltd.'s strategic layout and advantages in platform, technology, and resources. In the future, the company will take this project as a starting point and work hand in hand with Zhouqiao Town in Yixing to accelerate the construction of a new energy vehicle industry ecosystem in the Yangtze River Delta, continuously supporting the "lightweight" approach of new energy vehicles with the innovative new materials.
