The new ReadyMac 500 HD recycling machine is launched in the PRSE market.

Erima will launch the ReadyMac 500 "Heavy Duty" (HD) version at the European Plastic Recycling Show (PRSE), which is an upgraded model of its standard recycling machine.

This new machine integrates Erema's advanced Laserfilter technology, capable of efficiently processing severely contaminated post-consumer plastic waste. Its processing capacity is 500 kilograms per hour.

ReadyMac 500 HD will be launched at a fixed price of 440,000 euros starting April 1st, expanding the product range of this Austrian machinery manufacturer to meet the growing demand for high-performance recycling solutions in the industry.

Enhance filtration performance to handle complex waste streams.

The ReadyMac 500 HD features a key highlight with its integrated Erima laser filtration system, which enhances filtration performance when processing contaminated plastic waste. This filtration technology effectively removes impurities such as paper, wood, aluminum, and foreign polymers from the plastic melt, ensuring the production of high-quality products. The laser filtration system is equipped with a continuous self-cleaning blade system, optimizing work efficiency and reducing downtime.
