March news, the environmental impact report for the 100-ton annual production of high-end polyolefin catalyst project by Liaoning Dingjideli Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has entered the approval stage.

In November 2024, the project of Liaoning Dingjideli Petrochemical Co., Ltd. to produce 100 tons of high-end polyolefin catalysts annually has received approval for record-filing.

The first phase of the Dingjideli POE high-end new materials project mainly involves the construction of a 200,000 tons/year POE integrated unit, a 300,000 tons/year α-olefin unit, and a 400 Nm³/h electrolysis water hydrogen production unit; the second phase mainly involves the construction of a 200,000 tons/year POE integrated unit and a 300,000 tons/year α-olefin unit. The first phase is expected to start production in September 2025, and the second phase is planned to start production by the end of 2027.

Recently, the reporter learned from the Dalian Xizhong Island Development Group that the power corridor project they constructed for the Dingjideli high-end new materials project has been fully completed. The power corridor, which is approximately 3.4 kilometers long, serves as the "main artery" for energy transmission for the Dingjideli high-end new materials project, undertaking the important function of providing stable power supply to production facilities, substations, and other facilities. It is the core link in ensuring the power needs of the project.

The Dingjideli High-end New Materials Project, as a key project at the provincial and municipal levels, is not only a crucial engine for industrial upgrading but also an important support for high-quality regional economic development. The project plans to meet the demand for imported ethylene raw materials berthing on June 30 and officially start production on September 30.

According to the information, at present, the dredging of the harbor basin for the Dingshijie supporting liquid terminal project has been completed by about 600,000 cubic meters, with approximately 960,000 cubic meters remaining and currently under dredging operations, planned to be completed by June 15; the construction of 153 steel pipe piles for the wharf hydraulic works and the prefabrication of concrete components have all been completed, with 40% of the pier pouring completed, and the remaining platform, supporting equipment, and other engineering contents are planned to be completed by June 15, with the port opening and put into use by June 30.
