CATL Simultaneously Opens Flagship Experience Centers in Shanghai and Bangkok, Targeting the Trillion-Yuan Automotive Aftermarket Blue Ocean
Besides making batteries,CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited)(266.300, 3.05, 1.16%)Has already entered the trillion-yuan blue ocean of the automotive aftermarket.
Recently, CATL's independent aftermarket brand, Neta Care, celebrated its first anniversary and the tenth anniversary of CATL's after-sales business. On the same day, the flagship direct-operated experience center in Shanghai and the first overseas direct-operated experience center in Bangkok, Thailand, were opened.

It is reported that Ningjia Service originated from the after-sales service department established by CATL in 2015 and was officially upgraded to an independent brand in 2024. Relying on 24 various industry standards led or participated in by CATL after-sales, Ningjia Service has established a self-developed service system covering three main product lines—passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and energy storage—as well as six major application scenarios. It is also equipped with a full set of self-developed professional equipment integrating inspection, diagnosis, and repair.

For new energy vehicle users, battery maintenance is a major pain point. Ningjia Service leverages three key advantages: original factory technology, genuine product assurance, and authoritative certification, to innovatively launch the CTP repair service. The repair cost is significantly lower than that of a complete battery replacement, breaking the industry's longstanding dilemma of "replace only, no repair" for batteries.
To further enhance service professionalism and safety, Ningjia Service has exclusively developed a nondestructive testing device that uses ultrasonic guided wave technology. It can detect faults within 15 minutes without the need to disassemble the battery, achieving an accuracy rate of over 90%. This effectively prevents secondary damage to the battery caused by dismantling and also saves users time and maintenance costs. The device is expected to be officially launched by the end of the year.

Ningjia Service is committed to providing services throughout the entire lifecycle of batteries, from "production - use - recycling and regeneration" for new energy users. In the recycling stage, Ningjia Service has established a "72-hour rapid recycling" network. The recycled batteries will be repaired, remanufactured, used in cascading applications, or scrapped as renewable materials based on their different conditions and performance. This maximizes the extension of the battery's lifecycle and reduces resource waste.
Currently, Ningjia Service's direct-operated experience centers have been established in seven cities across China, including Wuhan and Guangzhou. Bangkok, Thailand, has become its first overseas entry point, marking a key node for CATL's technology implementation and global service collaboration. In the future, Ningjia Service will continue to promote innovation in maintenance technology, reform service models, and expand its network, injecting new momentum into the healthy, stable, and orderly development of the new energy vehicle aftermarket.
