Kuai Technology 2025-09-23 11:12:33

On September 23, according to information from CLS, it was reported that Avatr Technology, jointly established by Changan, Huawei, and CATL, plans to submit a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in the fourth quarter of this year and aims to complete the listing in the second quarter of next year.

An informed source revealed, "The company is currently in the final stages of preparing to advance the Hong Kong IPO process and may submit the application as early as October."

Previously, a representative from Avita stated that China International Capital Corporation (CICC) and CITIC Securities are the company's joint sponsors, and the company plans to go public in 2026.

According to reports, Avita Technology was established in 2018, initially co-founded by Changan Automobile and NIO, with NIO gradually withdrawing later.

In 2021, Avita introduced Huawei and CATL as strategic investors, officially rebranding and transforming into a global high-end intelligent electric vehicle brand.

The birth of Avita is the culmination of the technical strength and market insight of the three giants.

CATL empowers Avatr with its electric vehicle battery technology to co-create a safe and convenient energy ecosystem.

Huawei leverages its information and communication technology to collaborate with Avita in building research and development, channels, services, and other aspects of the entire value chain, providing users with full-stack intelligent automotive solutions.

Changan Automobile, leveraging the strengths of three parties, is jointly developing a globally leading intelligent connectivity platform with Avatr.

In October 2024, Avita completed its Series C financing round, raising 10 billion yuan, with a post-investment valuation exceeding 30 billion yuan.

In December of the same year, Avita raised over 11 billion yuan through private financing, with investors including Changan Automobile, Chongqing Anyu Fund, among others.

As of now, Avatr has four models on sale: Avatr 06, Avatr 12, Avatr 07, and Avatr 11, covering the mid-size and mid-to-large sedan and SUV segments.

At the same time, in addition to laying out the domestic market, Avita is also accelerating its expansion into international markets.

Avita plans to enter more than 50 countries this year, establishing over 161 channels, aiming for annual sales of 15,000 units, and reaching an overseas scale of 60,000 units by 2027.
