"Algorithm + Design" Dual-Engine Drive: Yizumi Shares the Innovation "Code" of Equipment Manufacturing

Yizumi 2025-08-05 12:00:43

Recently, the "Industrial Design Empowerment Initiative" organized by the Industrial Culture Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was held at Chongqing Normal University. As a deepened practice of the "Together for Benefits" initiative in Chongqing, this event adopted an empowerment model of "project presentation + expert commentary," bringing together the strengths of industry, academia, research, and capital to provide over a hundred participating small and medium-sized enterprises with a full-chain empowerment solution from creativity to industrialization.

Mr. Wang Bo, Director of the Market and Product Management Department of Yizumi Die Casting Machine Division, delivered a keynote speech titled "Innovative 'Algorithms' Empower Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises to Create Outstanding Products." Mr. Wang stated that this event holds significant demonstrative value for traditional equipment manufacturing enterprises. Through the development of industrial design capabilities, Yizumi has achieved a leap in product added value and made substantive breakthroughs in enhancing its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. The company's industrial design capability has evolved from nothing to something, and from something to excellence: in the early stages, the focus was on optimizing product functions and improving basic performance; at present, industrial design has been deeply integrated into the entire R&D process, driving differentiated innovation through user insight and interdisciplinary collaboration; in the future, the strategic function of design as a bridge between technology transformation and market demand will be further strengthened, continuously enhancing brand value.

In the face of the wave of technological innovation brought about by artificial intelligence, companies are actively promoting the deep integration of industrial design and cutting-edge technology. Starting in 2025, Yizumi will achieve multiple breakthroughs in its core product areas such as injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and rubber machines. On one hand, AI technology will be used to optimize the human-machine interface and operation process, comprehensively enhancing equipment usability and production efficiency. On the other hand, by integrating green design concepts, the company aims to reduce product energy consumption, empowering customers to achieve their low-carbon transition goals.

Practice has proven that industrial design has evolved from merely optimizing appearance to becoming a core engine driving high-quality development: in terms of market competition, differentiated design helps break through the homogenization dilemma and successfully expand into high-end markets; in terms of technological innovation, design thinking feeds back into technological iteration, accelerating the implementation of innovative solutions; in terms of globalization, design capabilities that comply with international standards provide crucial support for overseas market expansion.

Industrial design is becoming an important driver for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Yizumi stated that it will take this special initiative as an opportunity to continuously deepen design innovation practices and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
