Acura NSX Convertible Concept to Be Unveiled, May Feature Hybrid Powertrain
Recently, Car Quality Network learned from relevant sources that to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Acura NSX, the Acura brand will bring the Acura NSX Convertible Concept to the 2025 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance for a public auction.
In terms of appearance, although the new car features a design style from more than ten years ago, its sense of futurism is no less impressive than that of many current concept models. The front end adopts a flat and low profile, with a V-shaped front face formed by silver trim and large air intakes on both sides, giving it a highly aggressive look.
The side of the car features an upward-sloping waistline, and the convertible roof allows you to enjoy the freedom of the wind anytime, anywhere. Upon closer inspection, the large brake discs are clearly visible through the five-spoke wheels, providing the vehicle with sufficient braking power. The rear design also features a V-shaped style that echoes the front of the car, with distinctive light clusters and muscular rear lines that give a strong visual sense of power.
In terms of interior, the new car features a three-spoke steering wheel, sporty bucket seats equipped with four-point seat belts, and retains a large number of physical buttons. As for powertrain, official information has not yet been released. Referring to the current Acura NSX model, it uses a 3.6-liter V6 turbocharged engine combined with a three-motor hybrid system, with a maximum engine output of 388 kW and a total electric motor output of 107 kW, delivering outstanding performance. For fans of Iron Man, this model—once driven by Robert Downey Jr.—is undoubtedly highly tempting. For more information about the new car, Car Quality Network will continue to follow up and report.
