33 Members! The 2025 "Big Three Oil Companies" List Announced at the Two Sessions

According to incomplete statistics, the number of NPC deputies and CPPCC members from the petrochemical system at the 2025 National Two Sessions reached 44. Among them, 35 are NPC deputies and 9 are CPPCC members.

Within the petroleum system, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Sinopec have the largest numbers of elected NPC deputies and CPPCC members, with 15 and 14 respectively, while CNOOC has 4. The total number of representatives and committee members from the "Big Three" oil companies reaches 33 (28 representatives and 5 committee members), accounting for 72.72% of the petroleum system.
