Cuboid technology: Space-saving, efficiency doubling

ARBURG cube mold specialized machines offer clamping forces of 1,800, 2,900, and 4,600 kN.

During the simultaneous injection and cooling of the dual split line, using only the "passive side" of the cube mold can significantly shorten the cooling time. In addition to the classic freely falling packaging applications, economic efficiency can be further enhanced by implementing "zero cycle loss" processes such as insert placement, thread unscrewing, component assembly, online inspection, and automatic part retrieval.

Under the same mold size, doubling the cavity number of a cube injection molding machine allows a single ALLROUNDER CUBE to replace multiple traditional injection molding machines, reducing the required floor space by up to 75%.
