On March 19, 2025, the Administrative Approval Bureau of the Lianyungang Economic and Technological Development Zone publicly accepted the environmental impact assessment document for the Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Pultrusion Material Application Center project. The document stated that Zhongfu Shenying intends to invest 30 million yuan to construct a carbon fiber pultrusion material project within the existing factory of Lianyungang Shenying Carbon Fiber Bicycle Co., Ltd. The project will involve renovating the leased existing factory and purchasing 24 sets of pultrusion complete equipment to build 24 pultrusion profile testing lines to achieve the application and research and development of pultruded profiles. After the project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 3,600 tons of carbon fiber pultruded profiles.
