Liansu's New Overseas Factory Begins Production, Covering the Pipeline Industry in Five Central Asian Countries!

On November 12th, the commissioning ceremony of China Lesso Group's production base in Uzbekistan was grandly held at Pengsheng Industrial Park. Representatives from the Syrdarya regional government, senior management of China Lesso Group, and the management team of Pengsheng Industrial Park, among many other guests, gathered at the site to witness this milestone moment.

As a key initiative in the overseas strategic layout of China Lesso Group, the newly commissioned Uzbekistan Lesso factory is located at No. 1 New Avenue, Furkat Town, Syrdarya District, Syrdarya Region, Uzbekistan. It is part of the Syrdarya Free Trade Zone and its business scope covers the production and sales of pipes, fittings, and supporting facilities, reaching the five Central Asian countries.

According to the Color Masterbatch Industry Network,The first phase of the project involves an investment of over 10 million USD, with the factory covering an area of approximately 40,000 square meters. The first phase includes the installation of four PVC-U extrusion production lines, with an annual production capacity of about 8,500 tons.

Equipped with 5 PE/PPR-R extruders and 1 HDPE high-speed production line, the annual production capacity is approximately 9,000 tons, bringing the total overall capacity to about 23,000 tons.

In addition, the second phase plan includes the allocation of approximately 20 plastic pipe fitting injection molding machines and several extrusion production lines to meet the market demand of the five Central Asian countries.

Chen Guonan, Executive Director and Vice President of China Lesso Group, stated that there is strong demand in the infrastructure market of Uzbekistan and the Central Asian region, with vast potential for growth. The partnership between the Syrdarya regional government and China Lesso Group aims to jointly create a benchmark for "Belt and Road" cooperation.
