1.First Graphene Successfully Delivers First Industrial-Scale Graphene-Reinforced TPU Products

First Graphene, a leading Australian supplier of high-performance graphene products, has completed the delivery of its first industrial-scale graphene-reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) masterbatch—PureGRAPH 10.

The 500 kilograms of graphene-reinforced TPU masterbatch delivered this time will be used by Southeast Asian manufacturer PT Alasmas Berkat Utama in collaboration with composite material supplier Duromer to produce safety shoe soles.

2.Weak Nylon Market Leads AdvanSix's Q3 Performance to Miss Expectations

AdvanSix recently released its 2025 Q3 financial report, reporting a net loss of $2.64 million, compared with a net profit of $22.3 million in the same period last year; net sales fell 6% year-on-year to $374.5 million.

Adjusted earnings per share were 8 cents, far below the 40 cents per share expected by analysts surveyed by S&P Capital IQ.

3.Argentina Issues Final Ruling on Anti-Dumping Sunset and Changed Circumstances Review of Chinese PVC Profiles

Argentina's Ministry of Economy issued Announcement No. 1680 of 2025, making a negative final ruling on the anti-dumping sunset review and changed circumstances review of PVC profiles originating from China used in the manufacture of doors, windows, and partitions.

The decision terminates the continued implementation of anti-dumping measures. The Argentine tariff code for the involved products is 3916.20.00. The announcement takes effect from the date of issuance.

4.FibreCoat and Lofith to Test Super-Elastic Material Coatings in Space

FibreCoat, a global leader in fiber coating technology, and Spanish advanced materials company Lofith Composites announced the establishment of a strategic partnership to develop next-generation thermoplastic composites for space applications.

The first orbital demonstration of the joint material is scheduled for 2026, when a satellite will send test panels into orbit for 12 months. This cooperation combines FibreCoat's expertise in fiber coating with Lofith's thermoplastic tape and composite manufacturing capabilities.

5.Loop Industries Signs Multi-Year Procurement Agreement with Nike

Canada-based Loop Industries recently announced that it has signed a multi-year procurement agreement with apparel and footwear company Nike.

Under the agreement, Loop will supply Nike with Twist, a virgin-grade recycled polyester resin produced entirely from textile waste. Loop stated that the adoption of Twist will make Nike an anchor customer of the Infinite Loop India plant, which is a joint venture between Loop Industries and India's Ester Industries.

6.Jiaren and Indorama Officially Establish Joint Venture

Indorama Ventures Fibers, a global leader in recycled polyester fibers, yarns, and technical textiles, and Jiaren, a pioneer in chemical polyester recycling technology, have officially established a joint venture to accelerate the circular economy transformation of the global textile industry.

Through the joint venture, the two parties plan to unlock an annual production capacity of up to 100,000 tons of recycled PET spinning from textile waste. This move will enhance the resilience and transparency of the global textile supply chain and optimize the core value created by both parties for the industry.

7.Kingfa Technology Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Siemens to Explore New Future of Industrial Digitalization and Low-Carbonization
