The "Award for Excellent Youth Promotion" from the ÜGG recognizes our long-standing commitment to the promotion of railway professions through our publication Zukunftsbranche Bahn. This recognition underscores the significant role that ZuBa has played since 2009 in career counseling and information for young people. Automation and digitization are the keys to future viability. They reduce heavy physical work but do not replace the human who must operate, set up, and monitor all these systems.
