The raw material is purchased directly from the areas of origin, where the raw horn is transformed into semi-finished products while respecting the local regulations and communities. The actual processing of the product then takes place in our facilities with turning, polishing, and customizations that transform this beautiful material into a precious accessory. Natural material, pure and ecological, also known as "vegetable ivory" for its characteristic color, is the fruit of a wild palm that grows in Ecuador. The discs are turned in our facilities and after polishing are ready to be dyed. It is precisely in the dyeing phase that the natural veins of the material are highlighted, the true beauty of corozo. The button at this point can also be customized with a laser. Mother of pearl is a high-quality natural material. Iridescent, it constitutes the inner surface of some mollusks. It is said that Queen Elizabeth I named it "Mother of pearl" alluding to the fact that the shells were the mothers of pearls. Another of the natural materials linked to the production of Zuccheri menswear is bone: thanks to careful processing, it is possible to create articles in real natural bone, dyed or with customizable laser engravings. All to offer the maximum choice. Accessories in polyester are produced in our facilities starting from the processing of resin and therefore of the raw material. At that moment, the materials that reproduce imitations of natural ones are shaped. Our buttons can range from the simplicity of the circle to the most daring and new geometries.
