HEC MACHINERY is the fourth factory of JJ group, located in Taizhou, an economically developed coastal city of Zhejiang Province, a vibrant manufacturing city. The first company of our group was established in 1986. Our initial vision is to cast world-class products, focusing on developing aluminum castings with complex structures, such as condensing Heat Exchanger for the energy industry, Cylinder Head, Crankcase for the automotive industry, Air Brake Valve for the Locomotive industry, etc. We also provide products for industries such as sustainable energy, railways, vehicles, motorcycle parts, medical, machinery, engineering, construction, heat exchanger parts, and hydraulic industry. To better serve customers, our company has set up a sales and service office, assembly, and testing production line, and bonded warehouse in Belfeld in the Netherlands, which is close to the border of Germany since 2012. Our group covers an area of 200,000 square meters, with a production capacity of 70,000 tons per year. We have Tooling, Casting, Machining, and Assembly workshops, advanced production equipment, and testing equipment, with approximately 200 shooting machines from hot and cold core boxes, about 100 horizontal and vertical CNC, and X-ray machines, spectrum analyzers, CMM, mechanical property testing equipment, etc. With exceptional and strong technical knowledge and completed testing equipment, we provide high-quality products and first-class services for global customers, especially those in the Heating, Automotive, and Locomotive industries. We primarily manufacture aluminum castings with complex structures and multiple combinations of cores. We can provide various casting methods such as sand casting, shell casting, gravity casting, low-pressure casting, and high-pressure casting. Our processes include mold flow analysis, impregnation, welding, machining, assembly, heat treatment, wet & powder painting, chromate, anodizing, tumble finishing, and other surface treatments. R&D and Quality Inspection include 3D, 2D software, mold flow analysis software, PPAP, CPK, CMK, 8D report, bursting test, hydrostatic test, and air pressure test, etc.
