Going forward, WABCO will operate as ZF's 10th business division, the "Commercial Vehicle Control Systems Division." This division employs approximately 12,000 people across 45 locations worldwide and will work closely with ZF's Commercial Vehicle Technology Division, Aftermarket Division, and global development teams. ZF will also provide digital fleet management solutions and global aftermarket services for commercial vehicles.
