The Zenyor  mission is to support caregivers by empowering the individuals they care for. With a compassionate approach to health and digital solutions, we focus on creating efficient and effective tools that enhance independent living, quality of life, hospital-at-home care, and aging in place. ​ Covid-19 sparked a need for innovative solutions within our family. Initially exploring voice-activated technologies, we discovered that our parents, who suffer from dementia and aphasia, couldn't benefit from these devices. Collaborating with a local caregiver, we pivoted and successfully repurposed cell phones and tablets into At-home Kiosks™. Our focus was to find solutions to complex needs of individuals facing cognitive impairments, Alzheimer’s, dementia, stroke recovery, and other age-related conditions. After years of development and testing with our family, our Webapp (z-dashboard) platform allows caregivers to remotely configure a kiosk screen in a user’s home. The App, downloaded and installed on an Android phone or tablet, has main features of: 1-button Zoom video call joining, 1-button access to live streams of places of worship, and health reminders. Our comprehensive platform aims at alleviating caregiver burdens, fostering community connections, and facilitating vital health interactions. ​ History of innovation prior to Covid-19 Grandma Mary had a bowl full of medicine on her table and her arthritis was getting worse every year. While pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan, Robert invented the Rx PurrFect Opener.  The PurrFectand DogGone Opener® are handheld tools used to open various medication packaging, and the PurrFect Gripper™ is for difficult-to-open jars and bottles.
