Zakład Maszyn i Łożysk Specjalnych Sp. z o.o. has been providing machine repair and modernization services for over 50 years. Our offer includes both the regeneration of machine components and comprehensive modernization of machines, combining general repairs with the replacement of control systems. We also provide services for designing and producing new production machines based on our clients' knowledge of the production process and our long-standing experience. We produce prototype devices and special machines tailored to customer requirements and adapted to the production process. Our offer includes assembly, inspection, and measurement devices. We provide support throughout the entire machine production process, from selecting appropriate production technologies, through designing the device, manufacturing parts, assembly, testing, commissioning, and training in operation. For the machines and devices produced by us, we ensure warranty and post-warranty care. As one of the few Polish companies, we are a manufacturer of special application bearings. Our offer includes about 300 types of bearings and bearing products. We are characterized by low batch production, which allows us to adapt to customer needs and requirements while maintaining quality comparable to that of well-known manufacturers. A rich machine park and the experience of our employees also allow us to carry out special projects according to customer documentation or provided patterns. We are a manufacturer of machine parts of varying complexity. Our machine park allows us to deliver parts whose production requires many technological processes: machining, heat treatment, chemical processing, and joining techniques. Since 2002, we have been the official representative of the German company RK Rose+Krieger in Poland. This company produces a wide range of components for industrial automation, robotics, machine construction, and production lines. Among its products, we find compatible aluminum profile systems, linear guides, pipe connections, electric actuators, and lifting columns. Additionally, industrial stairs and working platforms, workstations, monitor mounts, and many others.
