Composition of the company's production structure: Administrative department: mainly responsible for order receiving, production scheduling and document transmission. Glue wire forming, wire wrapping workshop: mainly responsible for twisting the copper wire into a strand according to the standard, and wrapping it with wire production equipment. Wire stranding and wire jacket gluing workshop: it is mainly responsible for stranding the wires into a strand according to the standard requirements, gluing with wire jacket production equipment, and finally cutting to the required length according to the production requirements, or directly coiling. Plug riveting and injection molding workshop: mainly responsible for the production of power cord plugs, including stripping, stamping and riveting, injection molding, inspection and testing, winding and packaging, etc. Wire harness production workshop: mainly responsible for the production of wire harness without plug, including wire cutting, half stripping, tin coating, wire winding, etc. Laboratory: mainly responsible for irregular product sampling inspection, batch product sampling inspection, and cooperating with the certification company.
