Since 1999, we have been manufacturing precision aluminum hand wheels made of top-grade materials. Yumac products are 100% American made beginning with USA sourced ingot of A356 aluminum certified to meet foundry ISO 9001:2008 specifications. Ingot is melted and formed by efficient high pressure molding systems to cast the hand wheels and knobs. Then the wheels are processed thru a series of heat treat operations improving hardness and physical properties converting the material into A356-T6 specification. Castings are then further processed by machining operations in modern CNC equipment with strict adherence to engineering tolerances. After several machine processes and inspection wheels are polished and pass thru a final inspection.
