Our Experienced Team Collectively we have over 80 years of industry experience. With over 20 years of fitting plus his prior industry experience, Tony has attended many training courses and seminars furthering his knowledge and skills. He is also a Quickstep Master Installer and a Balterio Master Installer too. Tony also works on a sub contracted basis for Floorskills Independent Inspection services and as a training instructor and fitting standards assessor for Floorskills training centre. Chloe joined in 2010 initially working in administration before progressing to a role in our showroom. She has a great understanding of the industry and always impresses with her product and technical knowledge. As well as advising customers in the showroom with her expert knowledge, Chloe also carries out home visits and manages our accounts department. Sarah joined the team in 2020 and has quickly gained vast knowledge of our products and services to help and advise customers in our showroom as well as working out quotes and booking installations. Chris joined the team in 2015 and has been installing flooring for almost 40 years, specialising mainly in carpets but can turn his hand to hard flooring when needed. He has attended many training courses to further boost his knowledge and skills. Glen joined in early 2024 and despite being our newest recruit has many years experience working in affluent areas of London, specialising in high end carpet fitting whilst also being able to turn his hand to all aspects of hard flooring.
