VICTOR Instruments is a brand belonging to Xi'an Beicheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (formerly Victor Instruments), which was established in the 1980s, specializing in the production of testing instruments, particularly digital multimeters. Our products include analog and digital multimeters, clamp meters, calibration meters, megohmmeters, thermometers, tachometers, vibrometers, Lux meters, function generators, frequency counters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing and measuring equipment. We provide electronic testing tools, measurement solutions, as well as environmental products and ODM and OEM services to specific customers. As before, our factory (Shenzhen VICTOR Hi-Tech Co., Ltd) in Shenzhen City expanded production demands, we moved to Xi'an City in 2013. We then registered two new trademarks (YITENSEN and Ruoshui) in 2017 to promote our products overseas. With more than 30 years, VICTOR Instruments has focused on the full range of electrical testing and analytical instruments, being renowned as one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of innovative, quality handheld testing, measuring, and inspection tools in the world. Our Production Capacity VICTOR Instruments is designed and manufactured in our processing center of Xi'an Beicheng, producing a modern, automated, high-tech industrial area digital multimeter at 10,000 pcs/day, with a pass rate of 99.6%. With more than 300 skilled workers and 50 R&D personnel, our processing center covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters, consisting of: -8 dust-free workshops; -5 fully automated production lines -12 series of materials for overview production. The KAMPIOEN is a famous brand since the 1980s, being the first manufacturer to produce digital multimeters in China. The KAMPIOEN belongs to Shenzhen-KAMPIOEN Hi-tech Co., Ltd from 1980 to 2003. During these years, the KAMPIOEN factory was in Shenzhen. Our sales are increasing day by day to expand our production line, moving the KAMPIOEN factory (the Electronics Co., Ltd of Xi'an Beicheng) to Xi'an City in 2003, where it is modern, automated, and high-tech, covering an area of more than 30,000 square meters, consisting of: -8 dust-free workshops; -5 fully automated production lines -12 series of materials for overview production, with more than 500 workers and 50 R&D personnel. With more than 30 years, KAMPIOEN instruments have focused on the full range of electrical testing and analytical instruments, being renowned as one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of innovative, quality handheld testing, measuring, and inspection tools in the world. We have also built an ERP system for each of our products to ensure the quality and quantity of control products. We standardized our management and quality systems, obtaining ISO9001-2015 and ISO13485: 2016, the safety standard of CEI of Ce (EMC and LVD), Rohs 2011/65/EU, CEI 62321-3, etc. Our company and distributors are mainly located overseas in Europe (especially Germany and Poland), the United States of America, Brazil, Korea, India, South Africa, and Russia.
