Bimetal snap action discs are temperature-sensitive actuators, which activate an electric contact or cause a mechanical action. The temperatures at which the discs switch on/off are user-specifically determined during manufacture. This results in an economical, reliable and precise switching element. Our product portfolio includes the complete production line starting from the bimetal strip to the finished bimetal snap disc including testing and testing equipment as well as stamping machines. The form- and size-dependent stamping and embossing tools are designed and manufactured specifically for the customer. Our portfolio ranges from simple hand-held devices to complex automatic systems for testing, adjustment, assembly and finishing of switching devices.
