Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces

Fred King has served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Wilsonart® Engineered Surfaces since July 2023. Fred is responsible for all legal and compliance matters across the global organization. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Fred served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Brown Jordan Inc., the owner of six luxury furniture manufacturers. Prior to that, Fred served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Givaudan Flavors Corporation and Givaudan Fragrances Corporation; Vice President and General Counsel of Standard Textile Co., Inc.; and a D&O consultant with Progressive Insurance Corporation. He began his legal career with Squire Patton Boggs, an international law firm with more than 40 offices worldwide. Fred earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University.
