We are Wilhelmshof. A traditional family winery in the southern Palatinate. Preserving traditions is important to us. Even more important, however, is the view into the future. That’s why we work 100% sustainably! We are craftsmen in nature. We spend many hours and days tending our vines and preserving our Palatinate cultural landscape. No effort is too much for us. Through careful and labor-intensive work in the vineyard and winery, we want to bring the clear beauty and expression of the grape into the glass. We can only achieve this together as a team, with great passion and dedication. Discover our family winery in Siebeldingen on the southern wine route. We work with full conviction biologically and sustainably. We believe that one can only create a perfect product when one knows its origin and all its components. With us, everything comes from one hand. From the care of the vines in the vineyard to the finished wine. We are pioneers: for almost 50 years we have been producing sparkling wine in the Wilhelmshof according to the French model. Herbert Roth pressed Germany's first Blanc de Noirs. Since the wine designation Blanc de Noirs was prohibited, he immediately worked for its legalization. We want to preserve the cultural landscape through sustainable, organic viticulture and bring the best possible quality of the vintage into the glass. Inspired by nature, we have a clear idea of what should be in the glass. Sometimes strong and intense, sometimes fragrant and delicate, 100% honest - without frills. Since the mid-1970s, we have been driven by sustainability. We do not use herbicides or insecticides. In addition to ecology and economy, sustainability has a third pillar: the social aspect. Since 1984, we have been culturally engaged in the context of the Cultural Reading at Wilhelmshof, as well as in regional and international social projects.
