As you progress, like all WH Kemp employees, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently, building complete electrical assemblies with minimum supervision.
Our team of employees work full-time Monday to Thursday, between 8.00 am and 4.45 pm. As for Fridays, we finish at 1.30 pm. We do not operate a shift work system.
We always pay above the minimum wage. We also aim to pay profit-based bonuses every 3 months.
