We Design Silversplints employs people with a passion for the craft. They are dedicated to using their talents to create your Silversplints. Every day, skill, expertise, and personal commitment come together to produce custom-made splints for our partners. Our team works interdisciplinarily, meaning that knowledge and insights flow freely throughout the entire organization. This allows us to combine diverse expertise and continuously learn from each other to constantly improve the quality of our products and services. Founded in 1999, We Design Silversplints has continuously developed its expertise in medical Silversplints over the years. Combining craftsmanship in silver, a broad knowledge of application possibilities, and a deep understanding of medical conditions, this expertise is now supported by a diverse team. Since July 2020, We Design has been ISO13485-certified by LRQA, an international standard focused on medical devices. The functionality of our Silversplints is always our top priority. New models are designed and tested in real-world practice, resulting in a broad and diverse range of Silversplints that are proudly worn both domestically and internationally. Over time, Silversplints have proven their value in terms of effectiveness, hygiene, and durability. The organic structure, round shapes and silver combine to create an aesthetically pleasing result. As a medical company, We Design meets the requirements of ISO 13485:2016, as confirmed by the certificate obtained. This demonstrates our commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in the production and supply of medical devices. We Design's Silversplints are made from recycled silver meaning our silver supplier remelts silver and gives it new life, eliminating the need for environmentally harmful mining. We Design exclusively uses silver recycled in-house by its supplier. Our building is powered by solar panels and equipped with a heat pump. In consideration of our environment, We Design Silversplints has opted for a green sedum roof. We reuse our packaging materials as much as possible. We prioritise the use of recyclable materials and those produced through environmentally friendly processes. We Design Silversplints supports and sponsors various scientific dissertations. We donate to various charities, from Unicef to local initiatives such as the Arnhem Labyrinth.
