If there is a problem, it is promptly raised with our maintenance team via our specialist traffic light tracker system. We have the capability to provide our clients dimensioned sectional drawings to show fabrication sizes, profiles, cills, glass, panel and colour details, giving full control to sign off. Manufacturing our own products is a core capability of WD Group, giving us the level of control we need to ensure that a high quality final product is delivered to our clients. Before any work commences, an on-site induction and briefing is given to all involved parties by our Projects Manager. We follow a strict programme ensuring all deadlines are met. As part of our ongoing support we also offer maintenance packages. Our dedicated team of specialist service engineers are tasked with quick and efficient repairs.
