And as customized developments for customer-specific requirements. Our patented cera2heat® matrix heating system enables heterogeneous, precisely defined contact heating of surfaces. It is based on a large number of regularly arranged, small heating pixels. The temperature of each pixel can be individually programmed and controlled. Analogous to a TFT screen, the precise control of the heating pixels can be made visible as a thermal image. Our cera2seal® heating system is specially designed for sealing and welding processes. For the first time, this allows complicated packaging geometries to be implemented – such as complex irregular shapes. But also rings with different diameters and widths as well as sealing bars with adapted width and length. This is made possible by the freely selectable arrangement of individual heating circuits. Temperature sensors are integrated on the surface for precise control of the actual temperature distribution. Thanks to our simulation software, we are able to simulate a wide variety of product layouts and to simulate the effect of external influences on these products.
