In the year 2019, there has been change in the Control & Management of the Company pursuant to successful completion of Open Offer by the Acquirers (Mr. Yatin Gupte & others) on 24th September, 2019. Shares of the Company got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange on 27th February, 2015 subsequently the name has since been changed to Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited on 09th June, 2020. Company is engaged in E-Vehicles Manufacturing & consumer durable/electrical items having spacious & modern state of the art facility in Vadodara supported by experienced commercial & technical staff.
