Wanfu Precision Co.，Ltd  [ WANFU ] is professional in the transmission fields for begin from 2002, with rich experience in manufacturing  high precision gear and gearbox design, and ball screw, lead screw linear guideway. As business expand ,WANFU set up associated share-hold factories in JiangXi,ShenZhen,DongGuan in China, intergratied into WANFU Group in Linear transmission solutions fields,mainly engaged in manufacturing and design of  ballscrew, lead screw ,actuators,linear guideways,gearbox, gear ,worm, worm gears.

WANFU occupies 20000 square meters with more than 400 employees, more than 30 technical engineers have been worked in professional design team. 
WANFU covered all kinds of gear process like gear hobbing, gear broching, gear sharping, gear grinding, Knurlling . all gears can be measured by gear precision grade ,gear mesh testing to follow international standards, it has reached ISO class 6, JIS class 1, AGMA class 14 and DIN class 4.
The company   has passed the ISO9001:2008 and TS/ISO16949 Quality Management System. 
The R&D achievements over many years bring the company more than 25 national patents on gearbox design.

WANFU set up ballscrew automation production line to catch up fast requst in the market.The Factory build automation screw shaft rolling production line, With automatically harden process and on-line automatically inspections process. the capacity go to 5000 -10000 meters per day. Capability of rolled ball screw size from 08mm to 100mm.The factory  also made automation nut grinding production line to ensure the highly quality and productivities to support the high volumes requests in fields of automotive, industrial, medicals, solar energy, robots and power tools ,The nut grinding capacity will go to 1500 pcs per day, nut size from 8mm to 110mm.  the ballscrew precision from IT7,IT5,IT3,IT1.
