Mr. Walter Huttenlocher laid the foundation for todays Wandel Packaging Group in 1947 with the foundation of the Walter Huttenlocher Medical Wholesale in Köngen. The sole proprietorship only started with two people at that time but due to a consistent expansion and further acquisitions the company grew sustainably and constantly to todays group. The Wandel Packaging Group today distributes and produces diverse packaging made of glass or plastic throughout Europe and therefore proves to be your competent partner in many industries. We are able to supply our customers with products ranging from the cosmetic to the medical industry and even from industrial chemistry from one business group. Under the umbrella of the Wandel Packaging Group we unite within the whole group our competence as well as the know-how of the Huttenlocher GmbH, Wandel Packaging Group Blow Moulding GmbH, Wandel Packaging Group Recyclen GmbH and the Plastikpack France GmbH & Co. KG. The Wandel packaging group can be summarised as a medium-sized company group which is econimcally, sustainably and market-based oriented.
