The Very Ngon way After the war, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work as a manager in large fashion companies in Saigon. This was unusual for a person my age as I was quite young. I loved the challenge of supporting and training my team, who were predominantly women, to work as efficiently and productively as possible. I now use this experience to train our staff, even when they have no experience in printing or sewing when they join us. I get a lot of joy and satisfaction from helping people to develop new skills.
