There is no shortcut in creation of a perfect instrument – this path could be quite thorny and bumpy. It is a complex process that requires not only professionalism and experience, but often a deep commitment and passion. We know that musicians seek after their perfect instrument and we are ready to do our best to fulfil their dreams. We are not the fans of half-measures so we do whatever it takes to meet our customer’s demands. When you do your job with love and care – it just feels right and brings joy. We devote our time gladly to ensure that everything comes together perfectly to create a classy guitar. We ensure that every stage and operation, from the meticulous selection of woods to the final buffing process, undergoes rigorous quality control. Our internal high standards and meticulous attention to detail serve as the guiding force behind our commitment to excellence. We use hard-tail bridges of our own production from highstrength aviation metal – duralumin and unique in-house made parts such as bell-brass nut with individually height adjustable saddles, duralumin control knobs with wood inlays and high-tech duralumin cavity covers. All instruments are fully shielded from electrical interference. Our Master Luthier meticulously selects woods based on our established internal standards of quality. This includes using quarter-sawn pieces for necks, sourcing the highest possible grade of top woods, and ensuring proper drying of the wood. In search of best possible options of components for our instruments we have joined our forces with well-known and respected manufacturers. Today, among them are “Bare Knuckle Pickups”, who are one of the best sounding boutique pickups; “Graph Tech”, “Mastery Tremolo”, who are experts at manufacturing self-lubricated nuts, saddles, string trees and tuners; “Gotoh”, who makes one of the best bridges and tuners; “CTS” making excellent potentiometers. The wiring on all our guitars and bass guitars is done completely manually by a professional technician. We use only high grade components to be sure that nothing prevents the signal from the pickups to pass through the system and preserve all the frequencies. All cavities are shielded with special conductive shielding paint. In the best traditions of the custom shop guitar production we offer a vast variety of options that can be customized to the personal preferences of our clients to make every guitar truly unique and the most comfortable for its owner. A custom order can be started with choosing one of our model designs and the rest is up to the player’s taste whether it be wood, paint, finish or electronics. Our luthiers are highly qualified and skilled professionals who are musicians themselves. They are the main intellectual and manufacturing power of Valiant Guitars.
