This Privacy Policy applies to the treatment carried out with personal data of partners, directors, and employees of dealerships (“Data Subjects”) in the management of the concession. The Valence Group will be the controller of your personal data to the extent of its activities. For purposes of applicable legislation, the controller is the one who makes decisions regarding the treatment of personal data. The Valence Group will process registration data and that reveal personal characteristics of the Data Subject, such as name, CPF number, RG number, CNH number, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, position, age, sex, place of birth. The Valence Group may process data related to your family structure, such as marital status, spouse’s name, marriage regime, existence of children, minors, dependents, and filiation. In some more specific cases, the Valence Group may process additional information, which may include, but is not limited to, financial and asset information (participation in companies, properties, mortgages, tax returns and income reports, salaries, deductions, gains, financial solvency, loans, mortgages, credits). The Valence Group may process data related to the interests, sports or competitive activities, and trips taken by the Data Subject. The Valence Group may process images and photographs of the Data Subject when he/she is in an environment monitored by the companies of the Valence Group or participates in an event or activity organized by the companies of the Valence Group. The Valence Group may process information about your position, educational qualifications, personal/soft skills, information about work performance, professional duties, current and previous employment, among others. The Valence Group processes personal data of the Data Subject primarily to manage the relationship of the companies of the Valence Group with the contracted companies or partners. In addition, the Valence Group may process personal data to comply with legal or regulatory obligations to which the companies of the Valence Group are subject or to promote activities in accordance with its legitimate interest.
