Tread-Match™ is a patented technology that allows us to take any luxury vinyl material right out of the box, and bend up to 65″ stair treads and nosings. We offer rounded or square profiles to skin over most standard-sized steps. In addition, Tread-Match™ now offers left and right returns for open steps. It is designed and crafted to accommodate any thickness and any core available on the market today. Each Tread and Nosing will have the locking system still intact. Step 1 Shipping Determine how USVB will receive the material to be manufactured. USVB can pick up the material within a 50-75 mile radius for a fee. Customer can ship the material to USVB located @ 2025 Suffolk Rd unit 1-A / 2-A Finksburg Md 21048 Step 2 Ordering Fill out the USVB order form or email us at usvb@ladybaltimorefloors.com Please include PO or reference # SKU # and number of TREAD-MATCH products needed to complete your project. Step 3 Manufacturing After USVB receives your material our team will start the manufacturing process and will have it complete and ready to ship back out within 1 week or less depending on the size of the order. The treads are two planks of LVP flooring that are fully welded along the locking system. The nosings are also two planks of LVP flooring that are attached together using their locking systems. We glue the outside edges to keep them attached in order to protect the locking mechanism during shipping and handling. Once the nosing is ready to be installed, The installer cuts off where the arrows are located to reveal the locking system and can use with the main flooring install. How long does it take to bend the material? Our typical lead time once the material has been acquired at our facility is on average 1 week or less depending on the size of the order. How much material do I need to send? The amount of material needed is 2 planks of material per tread or nosing plus a small waste factor. Example: If you need 12 Treads and 1 nosing, we need at least 26 planks of material. Ideally 30 planks would be enough to cover the potential waste factor. We will return any unused material. You will need to know how many planks come in one box to determine how many boxes to send. How do I install the new treads or nosing? We have found that installing all the treads first using a good quality saline based adhesive works best. Then to install all the risers using again a good quality saline based adhesive. What are the shipping costs? The customer has an option to ship to and from our location.
