The non-profit organization behind the games is UNITED WORLD GAMES. The organizing committee is made up of sports enthusiasts from near and far. Without our volunteers, organizing the games would not be possible! As part of our volunteer program, you can experience the games behind the scenes and play an active role in shaping them. An important part of the program is, of course, the cultural exchange between the international volunteers. Whether as part of our crew, as a staff member at a tournament or even as a referee – there are countless opportunities to get involved and realize your potential. CREW: As part of the UWG crew, you will work in various areas of the event and get a first-hand impression of the work behind the scenes. Team support, check-in on the day of arrival, opening ceremony, results service, transportation, etc. – these are just a few of the crew’s many areas of activity. TOURNAMENT-STAFF: You have special experience in one of our sports and want to work directly at the respective tournament. As a hall or court manager, table staff, etc., you are at the forefront of the sport and very important for the smooth running of the tournament! REFEREES: Our referees also play a very important role. If you have the experience and qualifications for this job, please contact us. You can gain important international experience with us!
