We can also let you know what our expected wait time is. Camera drop off times are 8am. to 5pm. Ship the Sewer Camera to the address provided in our Shipping tab. (please provide us with your contact info including your name, name of company, phone number and e-mail address) We accept shipments from UPS or Fed-Ex. If at all Possible send the whole unit with I-pad or monitor for proper testing. Also it is a good idea to bag your camera prior to packing the unit in shipping peanuts. Payment for repairs & return shipping is required in full prior to release of product. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
