Tub-Flex is a French manufacturer of 100% custom-made industrial hoses, following specifications with a high level of requirement. Our flexible hose solutions can include: * additional services: proof tests, performance tests * the supply of all associated documents justifying the regulatory compliance of its products: material certificates, end-of-fabrication reports (RFF) * unit manufacturing We intervene upstream of the design in the form of technical cooperation when developing the specifications with: * Nuclear power plants * Industrial machine manufacturers * Diesel engine manufacturers * Manufacturers of cryogenic pumps and turbines * Shipyards * Road construction companies We provide CERN with specific flexible hoses. TUB-FLEX INDUSTRIES has 7 qualified welders full-time. Between 50 and 100 flexible hoses are manufactured per day. Approximately 100 km of flexible hoses are manufactured per year. From diameter 6 to diameter 300 according to QMOS. Lead time: between immediate and 4 to 8 weeks. Tub-Flex recently integrated a new laser engraver on its production line dedicated to industrial flexible hoses. Tub-flex is strengthening its expertise by integrating Inconel, a high-performance alloy, into the manufacture of its metal flexible hoses. Tub-Flex is constantly seeking to optimize the quality of its flexible hoses and meet the growing expectations of its customers.
