Tsivilskiy Zavod Metalloizdeliy is one of the leading manufacturing plant in the Chuvash Republic producing metalware for general utilities. For more than 7 years we have been manufacturing metal products for general utilities of heat and power complex of Russia in the field of heat supply, water supply and sanitation, as well as in the sphere of industrial pipelines and gas pipelines. Our task is to manufacture and supply high quality products within the shortest time period at the reasonable price. Main products: - Shaped parts (fittings) of large diameters in PU foam insulation with a protective coating, as well as in insulation with cement and sand coating and in extremely reinforced insulation; - Supports for different pipelines with a diameter from 32 to 1600 mm. - Various metal products, used for the construction of pipelines and communication lines; In addition to the standard nomenclature, "TZM" manufactures products according to customer drawings. The production area of the enterprise occupies more than 4500 square meters and consists of three independent production sites for fully integrated production - from the workpiece to the finished product. Every detail is subject to quality control and control of welded seams in our own non-destructive testing laboratory.
